Burglars cut hole in roof of Antioch market, steal $300K in jewelry

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – An Antioch market was robbed of over $330,000 in jewelry and cash early Tuesday morning.
According to police, two suspects cut a hole in the roof of King Market at 1801 Antioch Pike and climbed down a pipe into the back workshop, which is the only room without security cameras.

The suspects allegedly broke into a small safe before attempting to get into another by drilling through sheet rock and coming in from the side.
The store suffered around $7,000 in damage to its roof.
