Tennessee man arrested in Charlottesville as U.S. opens civil rights investigation

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WKRN) – A Tennessee man is one of three more people  arrested in connection to the violent clashes between white supremacists and counter-protesters in Charlottesville.
